12 months in with our new mobile intranet for employee communication provided by JOBka.cz and we already have 271 active users, 746 announcements posted and 12 modules added. We are happy the interest in using this tool is growing and we can keep our employees not only informed more efficiently, but also give them the option to ask questions, report changes, file improvement proposals or manage their canteen orders. We are amidst difficult times.   The current situation in Ukraine is making not only its residents, but also visitors flee to neighboring countries offering shelter. Our business partner in India, CK Birla Group, informed us that among these people there are also hundreds of Indian students, and asked us for any support we can provide.   Our representatives, CEO Eduard Jakubik and HR Director Peter Hajnala, promptly met with the Ambassador Mr. Vanlalhuma of the Indian Embassy in Bratislava to see where we could help. The Ambassador pointed out urgent need of accommodation and transportation near the borders for everybody who passes through. The capacities were running out and the embassy had a lot on its plate trying to organize help. We found a way to effectively provide accommodation and transportation possibilities, as well as some food deliveries, until the students have been safely repatriated back home.   While we are happy to be able to help, we wish for everyone else’s safety as well and will continue to see if there is more we can do.

KINEX BEARINGS has established itself with its products - axle bearings & axle boxes on the Spanish market for supply of both aftermarket as well as new OEM of freight wagons in projects for the EU and Latin American markets.
