It’s encouraging to read this. We can eliminate cervical cancer in our lifetime, given that there are 3 vaccines and relatively easy screening tools available. What is needed is political will, which is heartening to encounter here.

Sir, tobacco use is responsible for 90% of oral cancers and 40% of other cancers in the country. Providing and expanding accessible and affordable tobacco cessation services under the National Tobacco Control Programme in all tobacco cessation centres, government and private hospitals, medical and dental colleges and setting up dedicated tobacco quitlines for the state will really help reduce the cancer burden in Andhra Pradesh. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5027787/

Large scale solution lies in scanning aura over ‘kirlian photography’ that shows what’s not visible by medical known equipments combined with awareness about specific behaviours n stores emotions… Getting to know at later stages is good awareness but still medical options that works is still unknown… chemo n similar designed to kill targeted cells .. somewhere holds more negative effect than it does good… Not all solution can be expected from medical world unless basic syllabus changes for doctors n that must include unknowns beyond visible body !!!

Sir my only humble submission is please develop decentralised diagnostic centre under one roof near the community. It will help in preventing dropouts and reduce the workload of cancer institute too. If a cancer navigator can be identified and employed in cancer institute as nodal person for facilitating treatments of the cancer positive clients then it will be better Happy to support

@NaveenKumar great step again and you seems too aggressive on community health. It was required and especially under post covid management. We are getting many cases of Ovarion tumor and breast cancer in cases post covid mangement. Am working closely as a supportive provider in cases with severity and cases where even chemotherepy seems impoossible. Creating awareness ,passing knowledge with community group. For sure steps taken was utmost need of hour.

So happy to see APCCC scheme in action!😊

Sir, we hope blood safety also gets your attention. It can prevent transfusion transmitted infections like HIV, HCV, HBV. Hope we can get a chance to present to you as blood transfusion dependent patients of thalassemia major.

I am a cancer survivor.Had I taken enough precautions I would not have to undergo surgery, radio therapy or chemo therapy. All the same I have no regrets.I am a true messenger for those who are undergoing treatment.Do everything to prevent cancer.Teenagers should be guided and counselled against their easy life style.Life style modification, moderation etc are the key words.

Preventive health is always more democratic, affordable & inclusive; keep it up
