Zappos is testing out brick-and-mortar with its new Zappos! Unboxed location at Mall St. Matthews. And the 18,000-square-foot anchor store offers way more than just shoes and accessories. Customers can enjoy interactive elements, including a giant retro-illuminated pegboard and a sound art installation called a ShoeZaphon. Retail is SO much more than shopping, and Brookfield Properties is excited to partner with Zappos as they experiment with bringing new, exciting, and interactive experiences to their customers.
