Embrace Imperfect Clarity 🚀 When we began our journey with Personal Leadership Academy (a leadership tribe for Indian IT leaders. )we were far from having a crystal-clear vision. We didn't know how to turn it into a sustainable organization or make it a world class tribe to support Indian IT champions to achieve impossible goals 🌍 But here's the key: you'll NEVER have 100% clarity on your vision. My team member in Strategy & Product lines management aka SPLM, Mr Shuichi Shibayama as the 1st to receive award in the company’s level for Compass’s project as we were always considered as supporting functions. But as his team’s mama, I knew his selfless contribution beyond work/personal time to the business we loved.
