Hello, my name is Marianne Withers I would like to get to know you a little more, so I thought you might like to learn a little more about me. I will start, my likes, my dislikes, my love for people, especially my wonderful team at The Verity Centre , as they are what has made our company, and to go with that my absolutely passion for outstanding and respectful communication. Born in Cardiff 1964, Welsh father and Irish mother, with a great grand mother who was Scottish Love the majority of sport, Rugby and Cricket are my favs, then football, but I don't like golf, as Mark Twain said, it is a good walk spoiled. Fav Colour, funnily it is not pink, black first and then blue & pink Fav Food, don't have a particular fav, I like most things, well not liver or butter beans.. Cat of Dog - Dog first, but I do like cats as well Red or White wine - Red wine, a good malbec, however if I do drink white, it would have to be a Pouilly-Fumé. Early bird or Late owl - Early bird, I get so much done early in the morning. If I wrote a book, what would the first line be - At the age 4, here I am again, dangling from a wardrobe door handle, third time this week, this is not good, things have to change, where is my sister..... A love - Dancing and Rowing, used to do contemporary dance at the Sherman Theatre in Cardiff, before joining Llandaff Rowing Club. Really did love the dancing, so exhilarating but also such a sense of calmness at the same time. Well I think that is enough for a Sunday afternoon, however at sometime you should ask me about the time, that I was given an injection into my heart, when I was 12, that was an exciting time, however did find out I was allergic to pencilled though.
