World History at all points of time has been like zooming out of a picture, A picture that kept changing. The centuries leading up to the 19th century marked a turning point in human history, as the world moved from a flat, limited view of the world to a growing understanding of new territories and colonies. The French Revolution marked the first time when a large population gathered to protest and establish the ideals of liberty, equality, and fraternity. The events of World War II also shaped the world for the next century and laid the foundation for the 21st century. For the first time, a former colony with no prior national history became a global power. The kings and queens of Europe were overthrown, and the United States of America emerged as a symbol of democracy, capitalism, and a free world. At the same time, a new ideology of communism emerged and the Soviet Union became its practical embodiment. For the first time, a former colony with no prior national history became a global power. However, the most rapid and significant advancement was in communication and technology which has connected a global population of over 3 billion people. The solution to the world's problems lies in addressing human problems, and the rise of the middle class and the world post-2008 has shown that when people are educated, sheltered, and given the freedom to make choices, they will pursue happiness and greater causes. In a world where AI is rapidly advancing, it will only be human consciousness and creativity that can survive. Albert Einstein once said, "Creativity is intelligence having fun." Inspiring individuals to be creative and capable of withstanding the AI revolution is essential. Inspir wants to help in ensuring learning should be fun and for everyone. We strive for a day education reaches to everyone, everywhere through technology.

Unbreak: The Kinsukurai Philosophy for Young Professionals in the Age of AI In a world buzzing with the promise and potential of artificial intelligence (AI), it's easy to feel overwhelmed. The ever-advancing AI technology, with its capacity to transform industries and the workforce, can create an illusion that the future hinges entirely on it. But amidst the noise and din surrounding AI, there's a quiet strength that remains unshaken, offering hope for young professionals. It's the Kinsukurai philosophy - the art of embracing imperfections and celebrating the scars that tell your unique story. The Power of Kinsukurai Kinsukurai is a Japanese term that means "to repair with gold." It's the art of fixing broken pottery with lacquer mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. The philosophy behind it is simple yet profound: it is in our imperfections that we find beauty. It's about acknowledging the cracks and breakages as a part of our history, rather than something to be concealed. Just like your journey, where every setback is a part of your story, every stumble a part of your path, and every challenge an opportunity to grow. Your Story is Your Strength As a young CA student, I, too, faced failures several times. While my schoolmates were forging ahead in their careers, becoming army officers, scientists, and doctors of repute, I was slogging, just to complete my exams. But I discovered that every setback and every imperfection were part of my unique journey. They were not limitations, but unique strengths that set me apart. I've worked hard, battled the odds, and forged my own path, ultimately becoming a businesswoman of repute and a CEO of a financial services and coaching company. I've learned that in our imperfections, we find character, in our scars, we find a unique narrative, and in our perseverance, we find the heart of a true professional. As a coach to youngsters, I feel the fear many of them carry in their hearts, especially those who have put in a few years at work and feel the weight of not having a professional qualification. My first action in such circumstances is to assuage their fear and to let them know that they are perfect. To be broken, somewhat, and to experience being perfect, and to live a satisfied and committed life, must be the ultimate freedom that every young professional wants.
