Thanks for the reply folks. If opening up brand terms to CSS partners increases incremental cross channel revenue at the expense of competitors, without increasing CAC, I'm all for it. For me it is a case by case thing but it's great that you're highlighting it.

Is using the term "brand bidding" helpful to you here? I always think it has such negative connotations and would only ever use it to refer to search ads.
