How to cluster keywords?? Let me share 3 ways... Before starting clustering keywords, I assume you already have a list of keywords. Then, to group/cluster them, here 3 options 👋 1) Manual clustering For every keyword in your list, compare them against each other on the SERP. When two keywords show a lot of overlap on page 1 (common URL), group them. PRO: Works for a short list of kw. CONS: Time-consuming with a long list of keywords. 🤖 2) Cluster keywords with ChatGPT In the image below, you can see an example of a prompt to cluster keywords with ChatGPT. Keep in mind that ChatGPT will group keywords based on semantic = the meaning of the word. It won't use SERP data. PRO: Easy to use and work for 1000+ keywords. CONS: Do not align with search intent as it does not use search engine data. 🧰 3) Use a keyword clustering tool A KW Clustering tool will automate the process and analyze every keyword in your list vs the SERP. Often, such tools offer a user-friendly interface to browse the cluster. Advanced tools like thruuu make the steps further and extract data from each cluster to help create content. PRO: Easy to use. Work with a long list of keywords. User interface. CONS: Need to get a paid subscription. To "mitigate" the cons, you can try thruuu keyword clustering for free with 500 keywords 😉. Fascinating insights on clustering keywords, Samuel Schmitt! I'm intrigued by the possibilities of leveraging ChatGPT for semantic clustering. Have you noticed any unique patterns or outcomes from this approach in your experience?
