The Leadership Education Program at Thomas M. Wernert Center includes opportunities to learn about personal and community leadership skills. The personal leadership section helps to identify personal strengths and values that we all have. Community leadership teaches members about volunteerism at various levels, including board of trustee membership, roles, and responsibilities. February is National Youth Leadership Month, aimed at encouraging young people to take on leadership roles in their communities.
