Our first joint effort will be the leasing of THE VILLAGE in Villefontaine near Lyon. Developed by retail innovator La Compagnie de Phalsbourg with 26.000m2 and 135stores this is France’s biggest current outlet project.
With construction well under way it is to open in April 2018.
This collaboration will be the start of a long term beneficial partnership between our two companies.
