Sesame Arugula Salad with Sliced Boiled Egg for One or Two

Ingredients:

  • Prewashed baby arugula
  • Scallions or green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • 1-2 boiled eggs
  • Sesame or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment:

  • Cutting board
  • Knife

How to:

Slice the scallions or green onions to desired amount.  In a mixing bowl or salad bowl, toss the arugula leaves with the scallions. Sprinkle sesame seeds as desired and drizzle with a little oil. Toss. Serve into individual bowl or plate. Lay the sliced boiled egg on top and salt and pepper to taste.
