Why did I create My Speech Therapy Closet?
Nearly every SLP I worked with is stressed out and plummeting toward burnout or considering quitting. They're not the problem. Their workload is the problem.
Too many PD courses we attend focus more on research than real-world applications for clinicians. SLPs deserve better.

This has engaged even the most hesitant learners. I’m a middle school SLP, and some students dread coming or complain when I make them do work (shocking!!). When I introduce the topic of inventions created by accident, they were engaged immediately.
