Earlier this month the Niagara Region announced the planned locations of the community’s COVID-19 mass vaccination clinics: www.niagararegion.ca. The Niagara Centre YMCA, which is located at our Welland campus, is among the immunization sites.
Vaccination clinic dates at the Niagara Centre YMCA are scheduled for March 24 to 26.
Access to the clinic will be managed by the Niagara Region and will follow all provincial COVID-19 protocols regarding eligibility. Residents can book their vaccination time via the province’s registration portal which launched on March 15.
Niagara College will work with the Niagara Region to provide designated parking for Niagara Region staff and volunteers in Lot E, off Chippawayan Boulevard. Given the college’s current operations, the designated parking on days that the vaccination clinics operate will not affect parking capacity.
