Prudential offices in Orange County are affiliated with one of three companies. One is owned by Rich Cosner and Annette Scherrer-Cosner; another by HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate; and another by the Mulhearn Group.
The Cosner ownership group has four O.C. offices with about 600 agents. HomeServices has 11 offices with more than 700 agents. The Mulhearn Group has five offices in Orange County and about 450 agents.
Billionaire Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway has been in the midst of buying the Prudential real estate network, creating Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, with headquarters in Irvine.
