Yosuke Kondo
After registering as an attorney in 2009 and working at a law firm in Tokyo, Yosuke Kondo opened Sazanami Law Office and served as its representative in January 2019.
He has been appointed as an Independent Audit and Supervisory Board member of the Company since September 2019.
He has a proven track record of handling customer service and responding to customer complaints and is responsible for many corporate trainings and call center instruction. He also has experience in legal services related to compliance and personal information.
Supporting the Company's efforts to raise compliance awareness by providing appropriate advice based on his expertise as an attorney at Compliance Committee meetings as well as at Board of Directors meetings.
He also has a bright knowledge of cosmetics, having been certified as a Japan Cosmetics Test Level 1 and as a cosmetic concierge instructor.
