Arizona diners will welcome a new fine-dining destination to the scene when the highly-anticipated Christopher's at the Wrigley Mansion is scheduled to open on March 23.

Headed by James Beard award-winning chef Christopher Gross, the restaurant will focus on eight-course tasting menus featuring dishes with names like "Spoonful of the Sea," "Foie Gras Candy from the Owner's Hand" and "Umami, Forest and the Ocean," according to a sample menu on the restaurant's website.

An a la carte menu starring some of the chef's signature dishes and a prix-fixe lunch menu will be added soon.

Christopher's at the Wrigley Mansion has been in the works since 2017 when the renowned chef announced the closure of his namesake restaurant at the Biltmore Fashion Park. He originally anticipated a 2018 opening for the new location of Christopher's, though construction and other delays significantly slowed things down.

Showcasing 180-degree views, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and a retractable roof, Christopher’s at the Wrigley Mansion will open on March 25, 2021.

The eight-course tasting menu will cost $250 per guest with the option to add wine pairings for an additional $230 per person.
