Donald B. Regan
Donald B. Regan was founder of Premier Banks which today consists of three bank charters and 20 Branches Statewide. Born and raised in LeRoy, Minnesota, and owner/operator of a Ford Dealership at a young age, Mr. Regan was involved in the school and charter bus industry, golf course development, and commercial real estate. Don was a banker for 45 plus years, was very involved in his church and supportive of many community initiatives. Don and his wife Jean had seven children, nearly 30 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, and lived in North St. Paul, Minnesota for over 60 years. Don’s commitment to serve both business and community lives on in those who were privileged to share his journey.

Katie J. (Regan) Nath, J.D.
Katie J. (Regan) Nath, J.D. is Chair of PB Bancshares, Inc., the bank holding company for Premier Bank in Maplewood, MN. As in-house counsel for Premier Banks, Katie brings a wealth of valuable experience to this position, and to her role on the Boards of Premier Bank Rochester and Premier Bank Minnesota. A member of the Premier Team since 1997, Katie also serves as Vice President and Corporate Secretary for the three Premier Bank Charters and for other family related entities. A graduate of St. Catherine University and the University of Minnesota Law School, Katie has served on the Board of Hill-Murray School in Maplewood, MN, and the Hill-Murray Development and Strategic Planning Committees. She currently serves on a Hill-Murray Scholarship Selection Committee and on the Board of the St. Peter of North St. Paul Church and School Foundation. Katie lives in Lake Elmo, MN, with her husband Andrew. They have 4 grown children.

Patrick O. Regan
Patrick O. Regan has been active at Premier Bank since its inception in 1974. He became a founding Director of family-owned Premier Bank Minnesota and Premier Bank Rochester in 1990, was elected Chair of those two charters in Jan 2018, and became majority owner of Premier Bank Rochester in 2020. Pat has spent over 40 years as an owner-operator of Minnesota Coaches, Inc. and affiliated school and charter bus companies. He is also an active commercial real estate developer. Pat and his wife Mary are longtime residents of Hastings and have been blessed with four adult married children and thirteen grandchildren.

Sean O. Regan
Sean O. Regan, Chair of Premier Bank, has been with Premier Bank since 1987. He was educated at Notre Dame, the University of Minnesota, and at the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking. Among other duties as assigned, Sean works as a commercial lender officing out of Maplewood, serving business principals and investors with commercial borrowing needs and strategic business planning. His experience as an investor in Commercial Real Estate and other family businesses make him uniquely qualified to work with family businesses in growth modes or in transition. Sean, formerly on the board of the Catholic Community Foundation, and past President of the Roseville Lions, has been active at Nativity of Our Lord Church and in the Macalester Groveland area of St. Paul, Minnesota, where he lives with his wife Mary and their three children.

Andrew D. Nath
Andrew D. Nath is the Vice Chair & the Executive Vice President of Premier Bank; he has served Premier Banks since 1993. Andrew was born and raised on the island of Trinidad in the West Indies. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, his master’s degree from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, and attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Andrew specializes in commercial lending, strategic guidance and organizational leadership.

Jeffrey D. Hatton
Jeffrey D. Hatton, President & CEO, is a graduate of Richfield H.S. (Go Spartans!), the University of St. Thomas and the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI. Jeff joined the Premier Banks family as a management trainee in 1990 and in his 30+ year career at Premier has held almost every possible position at Premier Bank and most recently served as the banks COO. Jeff resides with his family in Bloomington, MN, where he coaches youth hockey and is active in both Bridging and the Bloomington Community Foundation. When not at the bank, Jeff can be found fishing on Lake Minnetonka, reading, gardening, or preparing the latest TikTok recipe sensation.

Casey O. Regan
Casey O. Regan is President and CEO of Premier Bank Minnesota. In 2002, Casey joined Premier Banks in the summer internship program and became a full-time employee upon graduation from the University of St. Thomas in 2004. In the ensuing years, he has been a management trainee, loan officer, and bank manager. In January 2007, he was appointed Premier Bank Hastings President. In October 2010, he was promoted to the Presidency of the South Area of Premier Bank Minnesota. Casey assumed the role of President and CEO in March 2012. Casey and his family live in Maplewood, Minnesota.

Corey R. Heimer
Corey R. Heimer is President and CEO of Premier Bank Rochester. He joined Premier Bank's Maplewood Office in 2004 and then transferred to Rochester, Minnesota in April 2005. Prior to joining Premier Banks, Corey was employed at the University of St. Thomas for five years as the Assistant Director of Admissions. Corey and his family live in Byron, Minnesota. Corey is a leader with a strong work ethic and enjoys being involved in the community. Corey is an Adams, Minnesota native and a graduate of St. Thomas.
