I have been passionate about developing a safe space where people can begin their healing process. My clinical background has been inspired by my ancestors’ history. In my antiracist interventions, I use a holistic and spiritual lens, as well as a relational approach.
By creating a safe space, individual therapy provides a warm and caring environment where we can explore spiritual, interpersonal, sexual, racial trauma and emotional challenges that are affecting you in your everyday life. We offer in-person or virtual sessions. We only work with individuals who are 18+.
We need to facilitate and provide a space for African, Caribbean, Black (ACB) people, where they feel safe to share and care for one another, in the hopes of creating a long-term community that will improve African, Caribbean, Black mental health.
