The world is a challenging and complex place to live. It Is also full of opportunities, exiting relationships and so much to see and explore. I am part of it. I call it "the mess." By this, I mean it is a good mess. No place and no one is perfect. Continuously working on things we want without ever giving up is empowering and a freeing feeling. I take care of myself by connecting my body and mind in sink. I look forward helping my clients to improve their lives in a positive way for long term.
I mostly use Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I can help my clients to develop their own new ideas and solutions in order to have multiple choices to address needed area.
Progress toward a better life is collaborative. Being honest, real and a good listener is my way of helping people. Client-Centered and adding a pinch from Carl Rogers and of Milton H. Erickson is always helpful.
