Riff Raff

American rapper Riff Raff was born Horst Christian Simco on June 29, 1982 in Texas. Raised in the Houston area, he began his music career in 2005 rapping over previously produced beats and distributing the songs on social media and homemade CDs. Building his charismatic and outrageous stage persona, complete with neck tattoos, witty freestyles and gold grills, he made an instant impression in the reality show "From G's to Gents" (MTV, 2008-09). Also in 2009, he joined with fellow comedians and rappers Simon Rex and Andy Milonakis to form the rap group Three Loco. Riff Raff grew his internet fame collaborating with various artists and releasing successful music video singles such as "Bird on a Wire" (2012) with Harry Fraud and Action Bronson and mixtapes such as "Hologram Panda" (2013). His debut studio album, "Neon Icon" was released in June of 2014. After the release of his second album, "Peach Panther" (2016), Riff Raff competed in another MTV reality show, "The Challenge" (MTV, 1998- ). Continuing his rapping career Riff Raff released two albums in 2019, "Pink Python" and "Cranberry Vampire", followed by his fifth studio album "Vanilla Gorilla" in 2020.
