Land Rovers luxury flagship has always been the Range Rover, and with its off-road capabilities and luxurious features, it's easy to see why. Starting in 2005, Land Rover began producing their mid-size luxury SUV, called the Range Rover Sport, built on the Land Rover LR3 platform resulting in a smaller vehicle. The Range Rover Sport was designed to focus more on urban sophistication and all out luxury, and while it lacks some of its namesake's famous all-terrain prowess, the Sport is still much more proficient off-road than others in its luxury category. With features including full-time four-wheel drive, a two-speed transfer case, ascent and descent controls along with an electronic locking rear differential, this luxury SUV still easily handles terrains others simply cannot.
In 2010 the Range Rover Sport received a facelift for the last 3 years of its 1st generation. Featuring a more aerodynamic front-end, new circular LED daytime running lights, headlights, grille, front and rear bumpers, rear lights and added electric power folding mirrors. Interior also had a new look with a new fascia, steering wheel, door linings, seats, instruments, gear selector, and added more leather. All Range Rover Sport models feature Terrain Response which optimizes the powertrain, suspension and electronics to increase traction in grass, gravel, snow, mud, sand and rocks. Standard safety features include anti-lock disc brakes with Brembo brakes in the front, front seat side airbags, full-length side curtain airbags, traction and stability control with rollover protection, rear parking sensors and a rearview camera.
Offered here is a 2013 Land Rover Range Rover Sport HSE in factory Fuji White with a Tan leather interior. Powering this luxury SUV is a strong 5.0-liter V8 that produces 375 horsepower and 375 lbs ft torque joined to a 6-speed automatic transmission with Normal, Sport and Manual mode. The Range Rover Sport is loaded with options and the added HSE package includes even more providing 19” wheels, a sunroof, HID headlights, fog lights, automatic wipers, adjustable air suspension with adaptive damping, keyless entry/ignition, power tailgate, front parking sensors, power front seats with driver memory settings, wood trim, leather upholstery, power tilt and telescoping steering column, auto dimming rearview mirror, dual-zone automatic climate control, navigation with off-road tracking, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio and information controls, 11-speaker Harman Kardon audio system with CD player, auxiliary jack with USB/iPod integration. The owner's manuals and 2 key fobs with fresh batteries are also included.
This Range Rover Sport has 129,709 miles and shows regular wear and tear to be expected for the mileage and age with some paint imperfections and some worn leather on the driver seat. Overall, it continues to show very well. This Sport SUV was always properly maintained and is ready to tackle the road and more if you're feeling adventurous.
