This Japanese folk song, Sakura (Cherry Blossoms) for is perfect for practicing ta-ah (half note) and adding some instrumental accompaniment. Steady Beat, Iconic notation, and Rhythm notation slides are included. It also features sheet music with Japanese lyrics and translation, a SafeShareTV video link to hear the song and rhythm accompaniment slides to include 5 different classroom rhythm and Orff instruments to accompany the piece. Read and play each accompaniment separately, layered or combine them all together as for rhythmic independence.
