A TEENAGE bodybuilder is set to become the next Arnold Schwarzenegger after he smashed the iconic movie legend's long standing record.
Anton Ratushnyi, 19, has taken over from Arnie as the world's youngest professional bodybuilder - a whopping 57 years after the record was set.
The insanely impressive win came as the young prodigy earned the NPC national division title in Texas this weekend.
The award meant Anton secured the title of the youngest Classic Physique professional in the thriving sport and got his hands on a “pro card”.
It took just four years of hard work to get his body looking as muscular and toned up as possible and it's all paid off as he is no longer classed as an amateur bodybuilder.
In his victory post to social media the teenage superstar said: "With overcoming lots of adversity over the last year, I can’t stress enough how important it is to believe in yourself and stay true to yourself no matter what others think of you.
"I’m so glad that I decided to pursue my true passion and didn’t let negativity get to me. I took the risk to prep again and challenge myself mentally, physically, and emotionally to not just succeed in bodybuilding but grow as a person that would be worthy of inspiring this new generation."
That inspiring message was followed up by Anton proudly declaring: "Ladies and gentlemen, this is your new youngest IFBB Classic Pro, and the overall champion at NPC Nationals 2023."
The teenager burst onto the scene earlier this year with multiple impressive showings at meets but he's stayed as a relatively unknown prospect despite the success as he hasn't been in the media spotlight.
It took the boy wonder just four short years of dedication to go from your average teenager trying to pack on muscle to a bronzed Greek god.
In that time Ratushnyi built up an impressive 203,000 followers on Instagram which is full of topless shots of the massive bloke in the gym or in a competition.
Almost all of his snaps have Anton flexing as he dwarfs those around him with his physique and bulging veins.
Anton's fans are now hoping that the teenager can go on to smash a whole host of records in the world of bodybuilding - most of which Arnie already holds.
If he can pull of another victory in bodybuilding's biggest event he'd go down in history as the youngest ever to win the top prize in a record that's unlikely to ever be beaten.
Arnold started lifting weights at 15-years-old and took five years to win the Mr. Universe title at only 20 - a record that Anton has already broken.
Calls for him to enter next year's Mr Olympia tournament have been fiercely made by thousands online as he could face off with five time champion and iconic athlete Chris Bumstead.
Chris has dominated Mr Olympia since he also turned pro as a youngster and this has already sparked comparisons with Anton's rise to the top.
Despite Anton's record, a 15-year-old is already well on his way to breaking it again soon.
Leon Hawkins has been named as one of the top bodybuilders in the country for his age and even says he looks better than some of the men years older than him.
On the other end of the age spectrum is Adivaldino Vieira - "the world's oldest bodybuilder".
The granddad is constantly in the gym even at 97-years-old.
