Lane Gibson, Jr. (guitar and vocals), The Tricksters

Music was always around while Lane Gibson Jr. was growing up. With a musical Mom and Dad, it only makes sense that Lane, Jr. would eventually turn to music himself. His Dad, Lane Gibson, Sr. is not only a professional musician who has played and toured with various bands, but is now a sought-after engineer at his studio, Lane Gibson Recording and Mastering, in beautiful Charlotte, Vermont.

Lane, Jr., grew up in Vermont and was an athlete in high school, but in college he turned to theatre and then eventually music. His first EP, Wasteland, was recorded with his band Givin and produced by Jeremy Mendicino (Pretty & Nice). When the band dispersed, he turned to solo writing and performing. Who knows? Maybe Gibson will need to quit his day job soon! Listen to Lane’s solo music here.
