We were with a different broker initially, that is local to our town - Katherine NT - assuming that a local broker would be of greater benefit to us. But our experience with her has been the polar opposite to working with Steph.

Michael has been, and continues to be, an exceptional mortgage broker. He has now helped us secure our fourth house and I would be more then happy to use him for our fifth, in due time. Michael explains things in plain terms, contacts us at ridiculous hours to ensure we are up to date and informed, this was greatly appreciated. Michael keeps his ears to the group with information on interest rates, markets and the ‘feel’ for investing in an unusual climate this was needed.
