How do I get through to HP Instant Ink they have a supply chain problem? Why does HP continue sending the WRONG cartridges that my older printer keeps rejecting? Is this how you force customers to upgrade? Are you even aware you have a supply chain problem if your customer service rep records the cartridges I request? On more than one occasion someone in processing continues to pick and send the wrong cartridges: I received #E5Z02A and E5Z01A for printers 63/302/65/304? My printer ONLY accepts F6U61A HP63 Tri-color and F6U61A HP 63 Black, or it won't print. Do you not know your product line? Did you not calibrate the cartridges to work in the older printers that are still working just fine? You've wasted a lot of my time and productivity. What are you saving me? Definitely not money. I have EIGHT cartridges from HP that won't work in my printer. How in the world do you keep sending the wrong cartridges after I explain the difference?

My 3 year old loves Yippee! She’s especially obsessed with Maggie’s Market and Danny Go. I’m excited about them having all the original veggie tales that I watched as a kid. So many good, safe videos for littles to enjoy and learn about God while they’re at it. No scary or inappropriate ads, which was a big one for me. 10 out of 10 recommend.

First of all, the support is awesome. Quick, patient and explanatory. Perfect when something unexpected comes up! The service it's is equally awesome and easy to use. The picture quality is as advertised and I have never had any issues with pixelization. I have had a 15 second lag, once. Highly recommend!!
