Management did something despicable to me!

The management at this casino franchise did something to me that was absolutely despicable. I haven't played here for quite a long time only because of something that this casino (or their processor) did and then turned around and blamed me for it. The type of player that I am I periodically shut down accounts for cool down times. Well, there was one time in which, during one of those cool down periods where I had shut the casino account down that the casino's processor tried to charge my bank a duplicate charge that they had already charged several months prior. Well when I contacted customer service about it I was instructed that there was nothing that they could do about it. And the customer service rep said after he inquired with their cashier and that the instructions were for me to dispute the charge because it was a mistake made by their processor that had affected many hundreds of customers across the real-time gaming footprint. So I did just that as instructed. Well when I went to reopen my account I was told by their manager that I could not reopen my account because I had a charge back ...notwithstanding I had made thousands of dollars of deposits for years across all of their brands without issue and the amount that had the issue due to their processor mistake was roughly only about $35 to $75. When I explained to him that this was a mistake of their processor (THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF) and their customer service agent instructed me to do as I did and that I was only following the casino customer service instructions he simply said the decision was made and disconnected the call. And then did close all of my casino accounts across all of their sister brands. Absolutely despicable behavior and to this day I still cannot log in!
(Note: I do still have the evidence of the instructions from the CSR as stated above as well that was also ignored)

I was playing my favorite slot as usual…

I was playing my favorite slot as usual and hit a Jackpot of $4500.00! No problem with the cash out, Great Games and I win pretty frequently, just have to know when to cash-out! But in all, I love this site and it's sister sites.

There is nothing bad to review with…

There is nothing bad to review with Casinomax. Payout is amazingly fast. Customer service is kind, professional and quick. Bennifits are great but could improve to be more rewarding for VIPclients. Games and website are always changing and improving. Cashier services are super and I love Blue Card choice. I love Casinomax

Trusted RTG casino, but slow payouts

Trusted RTG casino if you like those games. Only thing is their payouts that take many days to process, and many other online casinos offer faster/instant payouts nowadays depending on currency but if you enjoy RTG games it's a good option.

I understand a player’s excitement in wanting to get them as soon as possible!

Having looked over your account I can see that your last 2 sets of winnings were requested on a Friday and then approved on the following Tuesday (Within 2 business days)

As they were requested just before the weekend this may have been the reason why it seemed like it was delayed. However, our cashier team does only work banking hours Monday - Friday.

Void winnings

Games are good but I have run into the same problem a couple of times which I do not think is fair. I get a bonus with a $10 bet limit. At times, I inadvertently bet more than I want and at that moment, any winnings I have are void. Can't you block betting over $10 instead?

Deposits are made to boost your VIP status to supposedly get silver status(faster withdrawls). All lies and garbage. I have over 20,000 in 6+ pending withdrawls. All have been weeks to a month since first submission. Complete scam. All these other good reviews are garbage as well. Probably someone paid to write these reviews.

The new design of the website is great

The new design of the website is great. The way you can just hit the X and it takes you back to where you were when you picked the previous game. The bonuses under 100% that have a $10 max bet don’t seem at all valuable to me. If it has to have $10 max bet, it seems like you should get a higher “match” That’s the only thing I can think of that would be “negative”. Everything else is all thumbs up. Username: 584rpeezy

The minimum card deposit amount for Casino Max is $35, it would not be possible to deposit anything lower than that.

We also require players to sign up before they make a deposit, so if an account wasn't made then you also wouldn't have been able to deposit

Casino max slow withdraws

Casino max slot games are good problem is when you win money. You have a hard time getting a withdrawal They just keep telling you. Theres currently a large number of people and the system will take some time to review. And ask you to be patient. Or you can deposit more money to up grade your states thats a poor way to treat your customers shouldn't matter if you deposit 50 or 1000 you win pay it out Sounds like they need to update their system. It's going on 23 days and I still haven't received a withdrawal. So don't expect to receive your winnings Any time soon? VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

No response to emails , can't withdraw, sounds like a bunch of scammers to me. Will probably never see my winnings.

I have never seen site take money at an…

I have never seen site take money at an extreme rate, their slots are awful awful win percentage, low high volatility whatever..there are NO line hits and games that have a tiny amount of line hits count 5 as a kind as 30 dollars..it's ridiculous..their free money with an absurd playthrough has no benefit at all. Horrible experience

Playing the games have been awesome! But the customer service is terrible! I went on chat twice and supposedly spoke with someone by the name of Janet and all she could tell me was go deposit $50 the next time she told me go deposit 30 more dollars because I was gullible enough to deposit the $50 especially with the winnings I’m supposed to be receiving. I’ve tried to call I’ve tried to email and again I’ve went back to chat and I cannot get a response.! it is the worst Customer Service I have ever encountered with any of the gambling sites I have played on and I’ve played on a lot and I’ve won a lot. This one definitely I believe is a total fraud and I will be reporting and I will be refunded what money I did pay. Especially After this so-called Janet person kept telling me to go put money on the account so that I could cash out my winnings because that’s the only way I could cash it out!

Good luck in withdrawing your winnings.

There's no problem depositing into your account. But if you try to cash in on your winnings, good luck to you. They required bank statements of my past credit cards which are no longer in my possession. I have not owned these cards for 10 years or more. Consequently, they declined my request to withdraw my winnings from the roulette table. If I could rate my experience zero stars, I would.
