Lack of customer care

I placed an order with eKupi on 4.11.2022 and they waited until the night before delivery was due to tell me they did not have one of my items in stock. Then they offer an inferior replacement and when I refused, I suggested a more expensive model for which I was willing to pay extra, but not full price due to the mistake not being mine.
Forget about trying to reach a compromise, eKupi is not interested. I will never purchase from them again.
