I put in an order for an evisa early, and had a very helpful email to let me know that it would be followed through, closer to the date. This kept me informed about the process. Then I received the processed evisa email confirmation as validation that the process had been followed through. Impressive communication and follow up.

Very quick response
The only thing I feel needs to improve is that if certain documents are still missing, I should receive an email instead me asking what the holdup is. But once you get them on the phone (which is also a good experience!) everything is moving very quickly and efficiently.

Why on earth would anyone pay $85.00…
Why on earth would anyone pay $85.00 for an Australian visa processed in Poland when you can go to the Australian Government site and obtain one in 30 minutes for $13.00? We missed our flight by being mistakenly directed to this site after we were informed that we would need a visa to visit our son in Australia. Thankfully, we were able to reschedule for the next day with visas from ETAAustralia.

Inflated prices
Inflated prices, unable to get refund, like most 1* reviews and feedback, the site on top of search list, made a mistake and paid the price for it. I would recommend using UK GOV site and re-direct from there for official country visa site

It could not be applied to your ETA applications as they had been processed and approved by the Immigration Office prior to that. Excellent service
Having tried repeatedly for 2 days on the Visa2egypt site, and the site crashing, email links not working etc, I came across Evisa Express, okay it was more expensive, but majorly less stressful, the site is very easy to use, application online took minutes, and Visa came through 2 days later.
So relieved that I haven't got to queue for a visa on arrival at the airport..

I found this website by accident
I found this website by accident, when failing to upload documents for Kenyan visa. They are curtious and very helpfull. Yes they do look the same as the official website, but its worth paying a little extra to have it done for you stress free. Ive been told 3 days for my visa and i have every faith in them delivering . Thankyou Katia for all your help
