Sure

Good prices, never had a bad code from a trusted seller. Probably one of my most used sources. The various ways of pushing their Smart subscription is at this point just basic marketing strategy, unfortunately.

Gamivo is a good website for buying games

Gamivo is a good website to buy your games, they have really good customer support, everything gets resolved pretty fast, refunds also get done fast
Overall, i really recomend, you can find games even cheaper thqn on G2A sometimes

You Won't Get Scammed At Gamivo

I have purchased several items from the Gamivo store front over the last three years. Their prices are competitive. More importantly, I have had problems with some of the sellers that sell products at this store. When I contacted Gamivo about each problem, they respond quickly. Customer service is kind and effective. They pass on your information to the seller and the seller has responded quickly each time. Each problem has been solved to my satisfaction. This is the most important facet when buying product keys online. I really feel Gamivo is effective at resolving disputes. I cannot say the same for many of their competitors. I highly recommend them.

Best customer service for a game key website

great customer service. Unfortunately I can't name all the people who helped me throughout the chat panel as the case is now closed but this people are great. Working hard and on Sundays to help keep the name of gamivo intact while also helping every customer with their issues. I regret and feel terrible that i gave them 3 star before sorry you guys.

their subscription service

I got my product as promised no issue there.
but when I bought it I didn't see the little box that's ticked on by default so now I have their subscription. the problem is that I have a subscription that I have to wait up to 24 hours before I can unsub because I have to wait for an email to "verify" that I want to unsub.
kinda scummy...
they gave me a full refund after the review so I'm satisfied

Very fast and zero problems, but…

I bought a digital key to redeem Metro 2033 Redux on Xbox, which is one of my favorite games, and I had zero issues. The delivery was very fast, and the price was perfect.

What’s not perfect is the commission they charge for purchases, which, in my opinion, is quite high compared to Gameseal, another go-to site for keys.

I bought the wrong version of the game and I want a refund but can't contact customer service

I am a student and have bought the games I want at preferential prices on the Gamivo platform many times. I like the Gamivo platform very much. But unfortunately, I bought the wrong version of the game this time. I contacted the customer service and waited for 24 hours but did not receive a corresponding response from the customer service, which made me very anxious.

Region Locked

Eventually after numerous screenshots I was informed that the merchant would be contacted to give me a refund.
The game was advertised as playable in South Africa but after my purchase it was region blocked.
Still waiting for my refund at the time of submitting this review.

Gamers buy from GAMIVO

Second time I bought a game in this shop and again everything went well. Good prices and fast delivery of the key, really nothing to complain about at all. Would recommend it for anyone.

Often cheaper games

Often cheaper games, than on other platforms (steam, ubisoft, etc.).
When i had problem, it was always solved within 24h this is amazing (I have premium, so not sure how is it compare to non premium).

Every game runned well, only once i had problem with invalid key, but that was really fast solved.

100% I recomend this!

Cheap Games / Swift Receival / Highly Recommend

I've used Gamivo a few times over the years and never experienced a single issue. Always received the product and quickly as a matter of fact. Highly recommended! Just be aware of who you're buying from.

Superb Customer Service

So today I purchased a few keys, but in haste the last one I added to cart was for a different region. I didn't notice til I got the keys and the prompts to verify everything was correct came up... so I made a ticket with gamivo explaining my mistake and basically right away they offered a refund in store credit to get the right region title. I just had to wait a bit for them to refund me the balance, and purchased my game. Easy peasy!

Tries to charge you an unnecessary subscription service. If you say no the extra cost of the subscription, they will sneakily add it when you choose your payment method, charging you more if you don't notice their scummy tactics

Good price if you're careful

You'll have to be careful to avoid the SmartPlan abonnement. They atimatically add it in every step of the payment process, even if you deselected it before. If you know this and take your time ordeing, you'll get functional keys for a very good price.
The support also solved my problem the one time I had trouble.

had a few good deals

had a few good deals, but as stated they do indeed sneak the subscription in,been several times i believed i had deselected it, only to find i was subscribed when it took payment from my bank.

also shifty practices with certain things-i purchased alone in the dark pre order for a good price, only to be told on release day it wasn't to be provided, only for the seller to then be reselling the key at triple the price that's not good practice at all.-i was offered a 15 percent discount code-which didnt even work?!?!

also they claim you get a free game with your third month sub-again this isnt the case.

Serbia is not part of Europe

I bought a game key that's "Europe locked", however I wasn't able to activate it in Serbia.

There wasn't a warning that says that it can't be activated in Serbia, like on other websites, so I thought it would work.

Before showing me the key it made me confirm that I know that the key is "Europe" locked, and now I learned that Serbia is not part of Europe.
