Originally they didn't even have the item in stock but still took my money. Very slow shipping. Never received complementary product. I'm sorry this is it. Don't call me anymore and lie to me, I will never use your service again. Sometimes it's ok to bite the bullet to keep paying customers happy. Competition is strong now and it's a buyers market.

Kures is harassing me by phone & text and also gave my number to spammers because I wrote a review about them charging me twice for 3-5 day delivery and getting item 2 weeks later. A woman has been blowing up my phone saying they want to send me a free item to make up for THEIR mistake but they want me to remove my review or they won't send free item. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen a company do! So I've received multiple calls, text & messages telling me to remove my review. AND now they also gave my number to spammers so I'm getting multiple calls from them also with same exact area code as Kures. KURES made the mistake by charging ME money for fast delivery TWICE and now they are harassing me to remove my review and only after I remove review will they rectify the problem by sending me a free item. Not to mention in their over 20 calls & text sent in a few day period I hear a rooster crowing in their voicemail. If I get 1 more call or text from Kures or the spammers I'm contacting police for harassment. DO NOT call or text my phone again!!!!

I had a small issue with an order due to them having some supply chain issues, and they quickly not only helped resolve but even gave extra gifts! My orders always arrive quickly. 3-5 days with standard shipping. Prices are lower than I have found other places, especially compared to shopping in person. I've never had to go through customer service, but based on the ease of the ordering process and fast shipping, I'd be willing to bet that they would be helpful. Not sure how many, but I've definitely placed over 10 orders.

One of the nicest online stores for this type of content. So often with wares like CBD products you get scammed or the website looks sketchy at best, not with Kures Apothecary! Website is well designed, order process easy, and delivery fast. No complaints at all

Decided to try this company since they had good prices even though they are on the opposite coast as me but I couldn’t be happier with the service. No hiccups, back orders, or expired products. They also hook it up with a free product from time to time which is very much appreciated.

Their customer service is top notch. A few weeks ago I ordered some shots and usually I get confirmation the next day. 3-4 days went by and no notification. Here one of the things I ordered was out of stock. They got back with me within an hour and asked if i wanted to wait till it was back in stock or to get a different brand. I chose the latter and within 20 min I got confirmation of my order with 2 extra shots for my trouble. You don't run into customer service like that anymore.
