NaviCenter started off promising. However, once we received our product with a missing part from the manufacturer, the challenges began. They had us sending more information and pictures for months on end. Despite their adamant assurances that everything was compatible and their promise to sort things out, we're nearly a year in and still waiting for a resolution.

Excellent experince and customer service. I bought my navigation system online but could not make everything to work as it should by myself. At NaviCenter appointment was arranged quickly and they knew exactly how to correct all the issues in no time. All my questions were answered and every problem with my navigation was solved effortlessly at NaviCenter. Now, I can enjoy my new system with full functionality. Big thanks !

Awesome service, the guys working there were very helpful and he gave me all the information I needed. Although I installed the system myself (if you have a little bit of technical knowledge it ain't too hard) he helped me with the reverse camera and the device setup. Totally recommend! Oh, I almost forgot: their English is flawless 👌

I recently had the opportunity to visit Navi Center for the installation of a new radio with Carplay for Iphone and Android system for Samsung mobile. I am very pleased with the services provided by the company. The function of the new radio was expertly installed and is working flawlessly. The customer service at Navi Center was outstanding - the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, their responsiveness on WhatsApp for answering any questions was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Navi Center to anyone in need of quality automotive services.

I started discussing with NaviCenter early 2021 to replace the radio of Fiat500. I must say, they have patience and intent to help. All my questions were answered on time. Eventually I have a good radio and camera. Definitely a good choice 'NaviCenter'.
