Following a bereavement I called on Caz and Tee to help with sorting through my late mother's items: over 40 years worth of collecting packed into a 3-bedroom flat.

I did not want just anybody handling my late mother's belongings, and Caz and Tee were very considerate and respectful. They understood what I was going through, and were careful to keep all sentimental and valuable items to one side, whilst carefully packing away items that were no longer needed, ready for recycling.

They work both efficiently and considerately at the same time - a difficult combination, but they do it with ease.

Caz and Tee went above and beyond the call of duty, and I was sad to see them go at the end of the job.

They were amazing, and I am so grateful to have found them to complete this difficult yet necessary task.

I was in need of carpets to be cleaned. After contacting a few companies explaining i needed them done over the weekend only N.Gervais cleaning service could accommodate at short notice. I spoke to caz on phone who was very helpful. Received confirmation time of attend the day before which was prompt. The work was carried out to a high standard by both Tee and Caz who were friendly and professional.
Really pleased with overall service and will definitely use them again in future.

I work for Social Services in the West Midlands. We come across people who suffer with Compulsive Hoarders. I have refered numerous clients to N. Gervais. Due to the fact most are elderly or vulnerable and are not able to leave a review I thought I would on their behalf.
N. Gervais deserves true recognition for their hard work. This is a service that goes above and beyond. Work hand in hand with people suffering mental health issues and more. We need more services like this. Thank you XTREME TEAM.

I can honestly say Tee and Caz are two of the greatest women I've ever met! They've helped myself and my dad out so much for the better! They did such an amazing job and their communication was excellent! I had no worries and full trust in these ladies and I honestly feel like they have now changed my dads life completely and I couldn't be more grateful! They are truly beautiful people and we need more people like you ladies around!

I used this Company to Restore my family home.
My brother passed away last year leaving the property left to him by our mother in a terrible state due to years of hoarding, mounds of rotting rubbish in the property for years.
Caz and Tee headed the clear up team. The transformation was amazing the standard of clean made such a difference. After probate I was able to auction the property. I used the proceeds to move out to Spain for a fresh start. If it wasn't for N Gervais Cleaning Service I would have had to use different services to get the property to a decent standard. They did everything capping of the gas draining down the radiator system. With in a couple if weeks the property was auctioned and sold. A+ Service can't thank you enough.
