Very sad casino. Ive won €450,- and I am contacting about the withdrawal for 3 monts now. After I started the withdrawal I was suddenly blocked. Now I get a reply after two weeks everytime. Ive provided all the documents and information asked for and still nothing. I contacted my lawyer today because they are not willing to pay even after providing all the documents.

after reading al the bad reviews and having to wait more than 4 days for a still pending withdrawal i had to close my account. I just came back after a 9 month break and it is not the casino it used to be. It takes so long for them the payout or even look into the withdrawal request. Live chat also takes ages to reach.

cashback and freespins will expire when you have a still pending withrawal cause it will take more than 4 days before they look into it.

I made 4 deposits of 20 euros and lost 3 of them right away the last one ended in a 100 euro win, I tried to withdraw, yeah min was 200 euros, so got lucky and won 200 euros, my account is fully verified, so made a withdraw, and it's been 2 days my withdraw is in pending, contacted support they told me we already sent the money to you and you will get in 5 working days and so the status of withdrawing soon will be changed from pending to accepted. But I still can cancel my withdrawal in my account !! which they claim has been sent to my bank! I don't know what's gonna happen if I ever get that money or not
