My Dymo label maker arrived promptly and well-packaged but just doesn't work very well. Letters over-write each and some letters only emboss faintly. Which was disappointing.
Edited to add that they got back to me first thing Monday morning and are replacing my label maker. Great service!

So Awesome!! After purchasing multiple printers due to the ink being more expensive than the printers themselves we decided to use thermal technology and switch to the 5XL and just purchase rolls when they run out. And at 220 labels per roll will last ages. No more head cleans or dodgy refill ink cartridges : ) We use this for our Fastways / Amarax labels and works perfect!!

Dymo is an awesome brand the products do the job well, I've had my LT-100h for years and lasts to this day working, even soaked the thing in darn water on accident. These customers that leave a bad review because for example "they live to far away from the shops to pick up batteries" for the product they ordered that takes batteries..... can print themselves a 'STUPID' label and stick it to their forehead.

While looking at setting up a small business, I want the professional look without having to spend huge $$$. I have recently purchased a Twin Turbo 450 so I can load two different sized labels without having to constantly change labels. What a game changer. So simple and easy two switch between the two different labels. Just wishing that there were more variety in shapes etc for labels.

Website is so easy to use and you can live chat if you have any difficulties. I like to use the official Dymo labels with my printer and so I always order from these guys. Quick delivery considering it was Easter and I always look forward to the note that tells me who packed my order and the little bag of lollies. Keep up the great work!

Using this product has shown no improvement in the last 48 years since I last owned this style of printer. Admitted that I'm older & less agile in the wrist for printing, I thought the purchase would have been easier to handle. I don't have massive print runs but if I did I would feel inadequate. Still well priced for it's operations. The LetraTag machine I own & used for 7 - 10 years is a more versatile option for most labelling (for me).

And to think I was almost not going to go with Dymo Online - but when I received shocking customer service from a large retailer competitor; I knew that I would take my business here instead. Not only did Dymo staff call me to update me on my parcel, the packaging was super sweet and had lovely little touches. The product was not in stock when I ordered it (which I knew at the time). But to improve on 3 star rating I would expect some pro-active communication on when I might expect it. The only correspondence I've received in the three weeks since I ordered it are multiple requests for ratings, so here it is.
(Edit - yes I did receive an email on 4 July from Mega Thing which went to spam. I ordered from Dymo Online and didn't make the connection)

Excellent web site, delivery, and goods exactly as expected and paid for. The Dymo Label Manager is excellent, type up the labels in Excel, import to the Dymo software, bulk printed. No more quirky key pads.

I needed to purchase a Dymo Label printer and decided to order directly through DymoOnline, as they offered it as a bundle with the labels.
The printer arrived within a week – which is great, considering most of the other free shipping orders I've had from other businesses can take nearly 3-4 weeks during covid restrictions.
The printer itself was well-packed, easy to setup and use.

Your carrier. Amerex, repeatedly told us they had attempted to deliver our parcel to our premises at 5A, 339 WILLIAMSTOWN ROAD, PORT MELBOURNE 3207. They never did. Instead, they stuck a card under the door of number 5, on the opposite side of the block of factories we are situated in and constantly claimed they had attempted a delivery. We will never again deal with any company that uses Amerex as a carrier due to their lying about their "attempted deliveries". We have still not received the goods.

I wish I could write a positive review but I still haven’t received my product, tracking details or a response to my 3 inquiries. I still need the printer and haven’t been able to get any contact or updates and when I log into review my order it says no orders were placed though I have email confirmations and continue to get requests to review the product. Id love to change this review either some help with my order.

Not only was the ordering process a breeze but it only took 2 weeks to arrive. I live in the remote Kimberlys in WA. So we’re used to Long delivery times. And something not experienced in decades, the pkt of lollies in the box. Thank you. Took an old bloke back to better times. 🙏
