I ordered some perfumes for my daughter…

I ordered some perfumes for my daughter as I knew from previous experience that I would get these quickly. Shopping4net didn’t disappoint me again and my order was managed quickly and effortlessly from the start to the end. The customer service is first class and always very helpful to answer any questions! This is my go to online shop when I need anything quickly!!

Extremely poor customer service

Customer service is the poorest I've ever experienced! When you see all the complaints from other reviews, you will understand they need to change their support staff! No compassion whatsoever!
They even have the cheek to send double late payment invoices, which is illegal!

The due date for your bill was January 25, 2024, and your payment was received on March 8, 2024. As a result, additional fees have been applied in accordance with our policies. The first reminder was for the original invoice, and the second reminder was for the account statement, which constitutes a separate bill.

Despite receiving all the necessary information via email, you chose to pay the original amount due to a misunderstanding regarding the payment method, a company which we are not affiliated with. Extremely happy with the shopping experience from Shopping4net.

Initially made my first purchase through the Shopping4net website as they had great prices on some branded plates and bowls I have wanted to purchase with a further percentage off (this brand is also sold via other stockists). It was a huge order and arrived well packaged and very quickly!

Unfortunately 2 smaller bowls were broken in transit. I sent and email and images to customer service late Sunday night and had a fast response that they will be replaced Monday morning. It’s Tuesday morning, I receive a SMS the replacements have arrive and are waiting to be picked up! I mean, I think it’s almost expected that customer service is terrible with MANY online retailers - I expected the same here but am extremely shocked they proved me wrong?!

Extremely extremely happy with my purchase and the EXCELLENT customer service from Shopping4net. Will definitely be here first before I go anywhere else!!

Seeking Invoices

I bought a toy for my son for a good price, According to the online store they sent me 6 invoices. Each invoice had an large increase. I only received three and all had increases. I never received the bill for the order, I got an email indicating the order had been sent which included the price I was to pay, but never the invoice. I did not find them in junk either.

Hello,

Yes, you bought a toy in the beginning of June that is not paid for till this date. In 2,5 months you have received a few reminders and bills through email. The bill you reacted to was the 6th in order since the beginning.
So no scam here, just an unpaid bill.

Edit: We decided to leave the 1st reply open as well since it was a reply to the original review warning others for a scam.

Its great you write that you received the delivery confirmation with the payment information, including amount, account and the reference number. We also sent a PDF-invoice attached to that email. Yes, each reminder is 35kr extra and an account statement 39kr.

Short expire date of product

Synbiotics that I received today, 24th of February 2021, are with expire date 4-2021. I feel cheated by this company. They could at least state or announce before delivery that the product is with short expire date.
Shame!
UPDATE:
After contacting the customer service (as I was advised after my post here), I was offered 50% discount for the product, or to turn it back. Since I had already opened the product, the option was to accept 50% - which I did accept.

Dirty tactics.

Horrible service when a product isn’t available. They take the order to make sure they get paid knowing that it’s not in stock for weeks.

You are able to see on the check out the estimated delivery time. If the item then is delayed from the supplier, we inform the customer about this and ask if he/she wants to wait for the order.
This has nothing to do with the payment, if you have paid with a card and want to cancel, we will reimburse the amount immediately. When paying with an invoice, the invoice is not created before the item is sent out.

Amazing customer service

UPDATE: I had received the wrong product but after contacting the customer service, i got a reply within an hour and they sent the right product later that day! The delivery was super quick. The customer service is fantastic!

I will never shop at shopping4net

I will never shop at shopping4net! I shopped 17 Oct 2014, and I chose to pay the invoice . Then I am not sure whether I received the paper invoice .Maybe I forgot to pay. This online store has never sent an electronic invoice through email, and I can't find the relevant information. I have received 4 invoices this year, 299kr, 383,23kr, 792, 34kr, and I received one invoice 159kr last week. What's even more ridiculous is that the date that the bill was issued is later than the bill payment deadline, such as this bill issued on November 8,2019, but I should pay before November 7, 2019.
It's crazy!!! Maybe I should call the police!

You got a reminder since your invoices from 2019-08-27 and 2019-10-15 were not paid in time.
On that reminder you were also able to see the extra amounts that you had paid long time ago, in 2014. You did receive an invoice and paid a few weeks after that reminder was sent. You have also paid other bills double, or with parcial payments and If you want a specifikation, please email us instead.
You had paid too much to us and never replied to an email we sent to you and therefore the money has been at your account ever since.
You have only paid 60kr for a reminder fee, Nothing else.
We could have explain this to you with one email or phone call instead of a 1 star review because of a missunderstanding and a possible language barrial. The bottom line was, that you had unpaid bills, please contact our customer service if you have any questions.

Business model - charge late fee on invoices you never received

Ordered something in mid February with invoice payment. Invoice was not in the package and I was waiting to get the invoice via email or maybe envelope in the post. Nothing came (please don't give me the standard response that it was in the package - it was not, there was just the delivery note, not an invoice). Until today, when I get a 60kr late fee with deadline to pay in 2 days (it takes 2 business days to process a payment) so guess I have to pray that the banks processes the payment faster so there is no additional fee.
Horrible practice to steal money from customers.
Last time I'm using this site!
Again the standard response - why don't admit that is possible the invoice wasn't there (since it seems this is a very common issue)?! Also you said you will send the invoice, not that I have to login and see the invoice there. Anyway, the answer only does to convince me that buying from your site was a very poor decision, one that I will not repeat.

Sorry that you feel this way. We do not send delivery notes at all, the only paper that follows is the actual invoice that also includes a list of items you have ordered. On the top right hand corner you can see the word Faktura. We have never sent any other kind of papers and obviously you received the original one with the items.
The payment information is also visible on your profile and one can always contact us more more information.

Ruthless treatment.

Ruthless treatment.
They wrote to me that I can return unopened package. But the invoice is inside the package. This part she does not mention in the reply. Her standard of "polite" is not acceptable to me.
Anyway I decided to call back after the first customer service hanged up on me. The second customer service seemed to understand my situation, and waived the reminder fee 70 kroner, nearly 10% of the price of 2 fermented jars.

I never use swear word as in the answer from this company. She did not treat me in civil manner. Refused to listen and use threading tone.
I told her I wait for invoice in email, that is what I used to get when I bought thing from other sites. They have my email why not using it. People can overlook and just practice what they use to get invoice through email. I paid on the same day that I got invoice by post. I understood at the time that the company charged extra fee 70 NOK on first invoice. So I called.
To say that the payment delay for 3 weeks. This is due to the time that company chose to post the invoice. On my side I thought that I would get invoice via email. You should use email that your company get.
Moreover she wrote that I have to pay for the carrier to return as well as demand an unopened package. Many other website pay for return and buyer can open package but pack it back properly.
In comparison with many other website, this site in the worst, take very long time in deliver and treat customer poorly.

You wrote to us yourself that after talking to your friends you choose to return the parcel. We gave you instructions for it. You had paid the invoice which you had gotten prior to returning the parcel. The problem was that you paid the invoice 19 days later than the due date was,
The first agent you spoke with told you on the phone that she is not here to listen to swearing and insults and that she will help you in a civil way but then chose to hang up since it is never ok for the customer to call us names and swear. The reminder has been taken away even though the payment was done late and everything is now fine.
