Stay away

Stay away. I accidentally withdraw to the expired card on my account and they have now closed my account because according to them

"we utilize fraud prevention software and undertake Responsible Gambling and Anti-Money Laundering checks and monitoring. In circumstances where you fail these checks or are found to be in breach of any of these terms "

Wouldn't trust them if they're willing to close an account for something as innocent as that. Also I was fully verified and had sent photos of my bank account, my old expired card and the new card so there was no reason for this to happen.

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service! That’s what makes them stand out. Whenever you need something, someone polite is available to help.
I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 as sometimes free bets are not automatically credited, which is a shame, but as mentioned above, luckily they have great support who can assist you with this.

Customer support is helpful and prompt…

Customer support is helpful and prompt to respond and resolve issues. However it seems you have to get in contact with them every time you want to activate a free bet out bonus, and then enter the specific bonus code they give you. Very cumbersome given other betting sites simply award free bets automatically once the criteria is met.

Good all round experience

Good sports book, good casino but sometimes the server is strained and slow.
Customer service staff do KYC checks quite often but are friendly and quick to sort it, David and Carla on this occasion sorting mine really quickly. No trust issues with this company

Great customer service!

Had a question! Went onto the live chat and had a guy called Gerry! Wow what a service! He made it so easy and was on point with everything! Good casual chat also which makes it more easier as you know your talking to an actual person! This company are very lucky to have him he deserves a raise! Really good fun casino also great options of games decent pay outs and withdrawals were in minutes but genuinely star of the show was the service from Gerry! 10/10

EDIT..... GOT EMAIL THIS MORNING AND ALL DOCUME TS ACCEPTED MONEY IN MY BANK INSTANTLY APOLAGISED FOR NOT REPLYING TO ME LAST NIGHT TBH NOT A BAD COMPANY I THINK I READ THE BAD REVIEWS AND THOUGHT HERE WE GO ... BUT ALL SORTED THANKS SPACE CASINO AND THE STAFF THAT DEALT WITH IT ....
Deposited 3 times then went to make a withdrawal of £89 and locked me out of account spent all day trying to resolve this and even sending my documents in no no one is replying via online chat even though there 24/7 once this is resolved and recieved my withdrawal I will update to 5 stars

David was really helpful…

David was really helpful when I was trying to get my free bet. He even gave me the code multiple times because the chat kept closing while I was attending to my 11week old baby.

Excellent site.

I never write reviews, but after being on this site for quite a while I have to. Joining and verification was very simple. The response time was almost immediate in my case. The team I've spoke to via email have been excellent, I cannot fault them at all.
The games are great, the returns are consistently decent. My withdrawals don't take long at all, normally within 20 minutes.
This is the only casino site that I've actually loved playing on. Keep deposits low, play sensibly and enjoy!

Verification is laughable!

Verification is through the roof! Honestly, you upload documents then they want new documents whenever they feel like it or if you having a pending withdrawal...Convenient that eh?

Exceptional customer service

Exceptional customer service. This isn’t something I’ve found with a lot of casinos, but their process of verification was top notch, very specific in what they require, and very quick responses.
I’m yet to withdraw with them but I’m sure it’ll be just as quick!
It would be great if there was a loyalty scheme.

Verification Process a Joke

Verification Process a Joke
Have been waiting nearly a week for my driving licence to be verified have sent numerous emails and numerous photos with me alongside my license and even lodged a complaint. Everything else bank cards letter was verified in hours….But with a pending withdrawal no sign of licence verification ( has to go for a further review????)
Customer service can’t give you an update as it’s not there department and no phone number
Word of advice verify yourself before playing otherwise they’ll have you waiting indefinitely for your winnings
(Trust pilot verified me within seconds using my licence!!!!)
UPDATE
Finally verified after a long 11 days wait and winnings paid but limited updates on why the verification process took so long
