I placed an Order for a Coaching staff and their wives , I got an email from them telling me that Half my order had been cancelled due to out of stock and discontinued items , I wanted to cancel the entire order so I cold reorder so everything matched and was told they don't do that , so out of 3 Coaches only one received his gift and only 2 of the wives received theirs , extremely unprofessional business practice

My initial order of 3 shirts came promptly, but with a defect on one. Customer Service was kind, helpful and their promise to resolve the issue happened just as they promised (quickly!).The sweatshirt quality was excellent and sized right. I would recommend them for their quality & service!

The process went well, took a bit more time than I thought, though understandable do to ordering an item with personalized information. The sweat shirts were great and the bb hats good. It would be helpful to describe the back attachment design on the hats, though overall pleased with purchase.

My husband ordered a sweatshirt, received it in a timely manner. The sweatshirt fit perfectly. We noticed a letter was missing from the iron on. SpiritShop replaced the item even tho it was my husbands ordering error. Highly recommended great customer service, great quality sweatshirt.

I ordered it for my granddaughters birthday. Did not know it was a man's and it fits my husband who normally wears a 2x. I reordered a med. Wimens this time but am worried if may be too large for my granddaughter. I should have ordered a small. That hasn't shipped yet.

Ordered a hoodie with a logo and received it within 4-5 days. However there was an error printed on the hoodie, I emailed customer support and got a response within a few hours. They sent me a new hoodie at no charge and with no errors and I received it 4 days later. Overall shipping was extremely fast,communication with the company was easy, and they fixed the problem in a timely manner.Hoodie is also good quality and soft inside .Would give 5 stars if not for the errors on first hoodie.

I was really on the fence after reading all the negative reviews but glad I decided to go ahead and order.
Some reviews stated the sizes run small and I was afraid of getting shirts that were too small so I ordered larger sizes but really should have just went by the sizing chart. The quality of the shirts and hats we ordered were good. No complains here. I liked all the design options while ordering. I choose standard delivery so give yourself a couple week time frame. I will be ordering again!

These place is awful. Order elsewhere. They do NOT care about the customer one bit. Apparently the whole company is run by computers and not a single human has any control over the orders. Order at risk because if there are any issues…their “customer service” will not be able to help you. I will NOT order order from this place again!

Don't trust what you're purchasing from here! I went under the men's section of their website please an order for $50 for one sweatshirt, and it turned out to be a junior size extra large. Not willing to exchange or refund my money so I have a $50 sweatshirt the is basically garbage.

1st they lost my order but charged card, 2nd they finally got order on track and custom lettering very crooked, finally they never informed me replacement tshirt was cancelled as sold out but I had to contact them to get refund. They never contact customer first if there’s a problem. Worst CS ever, our school will be taking business elsewhere.

Don’t waste your time ordering from this company. I ordered several shorts a week ago paid for expedited 2 day shipping and I still have not gotten my shirts. They don’t even bother to respond to emails when inquiring. They don’t have a phone number for customer service.
