About this property

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom second-floor apartment located in a lovely residential Orchard Park neighborhood. The apartment has it's own private entrance and access instructions to be provided. In addition, there’s a queen sofa bed located in the living room. Includes private parking for up to three vehicles. Free wi-fi internet.
The entire property is on a private acre with gorgeous trees and greenery. As my guest, you will have use of the furnished gazebo. As I can't control Mother Nature, you will need to wipe off the furnishings prior to use. Don't use it if this is a problem for you.

The Buffalo Bills stadium is located just 2.5 miles, or 5 minutes from the house. Niagara Falls, NY is about a 45 minute drive. Downtown restaurants are about 20 minutes away due to it's convenient location.

Great place for a stay close to Highmark Stadium!

We spent a weekend away to relax and enjoy a Bills game with friends. It was a wonderful stay and the host was very attenuative. Would definitely recommend and will likely stay again.

So charming!

It was our first time in Buffalo, visiting family and going to see the Bills play. We chose this property because it was close to Highmark Stadium. The property was exactly as shown in the photos online, quaint and charming. It was immaculate and had all the comforts of home. Kathleen went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and taken care of. We will definitely be back!
