Roughly translated from an ancient lost tongue as the Source of Life. Believed to once be a rich and verdant land the served as the cradle of life for ages of untouched opulence. Many of the first mortal races established strong and prosperous civilizations on the coasts of the continent that strived for many generations until a cataclysm brought them to their knees.
GEOGRAPHY
What once was the largest continent on the waters, now most of it's land lays lost beneath the seas. A large spattering of islands reaching out to the east of a large tropical landmass which is split with massive dry deserts to the north and verdant green jungles to the south. On the north side of Aqualis, the large central island, a few scattered oases mark the only usable fertile land off the coastline to the north. The southern end of the island is settled mostly along the coast to avoid the harsh dry lands and the vast, mysterious and magical jungle that covers the southeast. The seas to the east is what truly makes up the entirety of the Atoro Edith, for not only is each island unique in their own way but beneath the seas lays the remains of a once great land.
