The default IP address of <strong>MOI</strong> <strong>is</strong> 192.168.1.188, if th<strong>is</strong> IP <strong>is</strong> not in your network IP range, you need to either<br />

change <strong>MOI</strong> IP to your network IP range or change your network IP range to 192.168.1.XXX to make <strong>MOI</strong><br />

accessible.<br />

16.How to change the IP address of <strong>MOI</strong>?<br />

To change the IP address, it <strong>is</strong> most convenient to use the Web UI by entering the default IP address of <strong>MOI</strong><br />

192.168.1.188 in the address bar of the browser, there you can change it to another IP address which <strong>is</strong> in the<br />

same IP range. Once the IP address <strong>is</strong> changed, you should use the new IP address when you try to<br />

To per<strong>for</strong>m a reset, keep the <strong>MOI</strong> <strong>box</strong> powered off, use a pen tip or bent paperclip to depress the reset <strong>slot</strong>,<br />

then power on <strong>MOI</strong>.<br />

19.How to update <strong>MOI</strong>?<br />

To upgrade the system, please follow the steps below:<br />

1), prepare a <strong>for</strong>matted FAT32 file system micro SD card.<br />

2), copy the files"<strong>MOI</strong>2900_fs" <strong>and</strong> "<strong>MOI</strong>2900_k" to the micro SD card.<br />

3), power on <strong>MOI</strong>,quickly press any key of the keyboard when Uboot starts to countdown, enter the Uboot<br />

comm<strong>and</strong> console.


4), input two lines comm<strong>and</strong> :<br />

setenv updatekfs 'n<strong>and</strong> erase 50c0000;n<strong>and</strong> write.yaffs c0008000 50c0000 ${filesize}'<br />

5), powered off the <strong>MOI</strong>, insert the micro SD card into the micro SD card <strong>slot</strong> at the back of the <strong>MOI</strong> <strong>box</strong>.<br />

6), power on the <strong>MOI</strong>, the upgrade will start automatically, wait about 10 - 15 minutes until the upgrade <strong>is</strong><br />

complete, then power off <strong>MOI</strong> d<strong>is</strong>connecting the mains take the micro SD card out <strong>and</strong> reboot the <strong>MOI</strong> <strong>box</strong> to<br />

fin<strong>is</strong>h the upgrade.<br />

20.Can I use a FAT32 <strong>for</strong>matted USB stick instead of a FAT32 <strong>for</strong>matted SD card to do the system upgrade?<br />

Yes, just make sure the USB stick <strong>is</strong> FAT32 <strong>for</strong>matted.<br />
