We are pleased to advise you the schedule for the agency training courses in 2013. Details are as 

follows, 

1. Certificate of Ticketing and Airline Products & Services (5 days) 

This training program is designed to provide your staff with fare construction concept and skills as 

well as complex fare checks. It will give you insight in the latest interpretation in fare construction 

rules. It will also provide you an up-to-date knowledge of Cathay Pacific and Dragonair products and 

services and a general understanding of various aviation community operations. All participants 

who successfully complete the program will be awarded a Certificate issued by Cathay Pacific, which 

is recognized worldwide. 

Dates : i) 27-31 May ii) 23-27 Sep 

Program Fee : 

HK$3,500 

2. Certificate of Airline Products & Services (1 day) 

This training program is designed to provide your staff with up-to-date knowledge of Cathay Pacific 

and Dragonair products and services as well as a general understanding of various aviation 

community operations. 

Dates : i) 19 Jun ii) 21 Aug iii) 30 Oct iv) 04 Dec 

Program Fee : 

HK$300

PAYMENT: 

Program fee at HKD3,500 per person. Lunch will be included on Day 5. 

Payment can be made by crossed cheque in favour of Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd within 7 days after acceptance is 

received.

NOTES FOR APPLICANTS: 

A certificate will be awarded to participant with 100% attendance for Part 1-3 and 80% score for the written test of Part 1. 

Full program fee will be levied in the event of a cancellation or any change of applicant unless notification is received no 

later than 21 days prior to course commencement.
