Agency Training Courses 2013<br />

We are pleased to advise you the schedule for the agency training courses in 2013. Details are as<br />

follows,<br />

1. Certificate of Ticketing and Airline Products & Services (5 days)<br />

This training program is designed to provide your staff with fare construction concept and skills as<br />

well as complex fare checks. It will give you insight in the latest interpretation in fare construction<br />

rules. It will also provide you an up-to-date knowledge of Cathay Pacific and Dragonair products and<br />

services and a general understanding of various aviation community operations. All participants<br />

who successfully complete the program will be awarded a Certificate issued by Cathay Pacific, which<br />

is recognized worldwide.<br />

2. Certificate of Airline Products & Services (1 day)<br />

This training program is designed to provide your staff with up-to-date knowledge of Cathay Pacific<br />

and Dragonair products and services as well as a general understanding of various aviation<br />

community operations.<br />

Dates : i) 19 Jun ii) 21 Aug iii) 30 Oct iv) 04 Dec<br />

HK$300<br />

PAYMENT:<br />

Program fee at HKD3,500 per person. Lunch will be included on Day 5.<br />

Payment can be made by crossed cheque in favour of Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd within 7 days after acceptance is<br />

received.<br />

A certificate will be awarded to participant with 100% attendance for Part 1-3 and 80% score for the written test of Part 1.<br />

Full program fee will be levied in the event of a cancellation or any change of applicant unless notification is received no<br />

later than 21 days prior to course commencement.<br />
