Frame City did really great work framing a souvenir from a trip I took a couple years ago. I came in with an idea of what I was looking for - the owners helped me pick out a perfect frame, and the end result exceeded expectations! My custom frame was ready quickly, within a week and looks great in my home. I'll be back!

had this print 35 yrs. wood in the frame had dried out and the hooks pulled out. heard the crash as it hit the floor. thanks to Kitty and Jake it is now better than before. replaced the old brushed aluminum frame, swtiched faded black matt with double matt colors matching the print. switched to clear glass from non-reflective which brings out the print. excellent advice. excellent craftmanship. very reasonable price. good people. 5 stars.

Frame city is my new go to for all things framing! Jack and Kitty are wonderful and have a very artistic eye for what is best! They were so helpful and knowledgable! I had two maps I needed framed for a Christmas present for my hubby. They were 16x16 and I was having trouble finding frames to fit them so I decided to go to their shop and ask for advice. It was only a few days before Christmas so I needed something fast. They helped me pick out the perfect frame to match and then made them by hand to fit. Not only was it more affordable than quotes I got elsewhere they turned out absolutely GORGEOUS! I cannot recommend Frame City enough. Thanks Kitty and Jack, my husband loved the gifts. You are life savers!!! I will definately be back with all my framing needs!

The owners are so kind and do such a wonderful job! I had ordered a frame for a Father's Day gift project for my husband's first Father's Day and that company ended up not delivering it to the store because it was damaged and never called to let me know. I was in a pinch for time, and I am so glad I found this store! The owner has been framing for 62 years I think he said, and he did such a wonderful job last minute for me- he even cut a matte to fit the job I wanted same day. Couldn't be happier, and will definitely use them again for any frame job I need.

Visited for the first time with an antique frame and a wrinkled canvas. They made the end product look amazing for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
