It is in fact a metal can as pictured. The box it came in was partially open and barely held together by tape. Only received can and lid, nothing else. I’ve emailed manufacturer about legs and instructions but have not heard back. I believe I will be able to make it work but for what I paid I could have probably gone to the scrap yard and also found something I could use. I’ve not tried to use it yet but I’m very disappointed with the product.
