Bernie Moreno

Biography

Bernie Moreno bought his first car dealership in 2005 and eventually owned 55 car dealerships, and in 2016 began investing in blockchain technologies. In 2018, he co-founded ChampTitles, which moved car titles over to the blockchain, but has sold his stake in his businesses to focus on this race. As a businessman, Moreno has been focused on government regulation, federal spending, and taxation. He firmly understands incentives in the tax code that lead to greater investment. He wants to increase transparency in health care while deregulating it to allow for increased innovation.

Moreno was born in Colombia but has made a priority of learning American history and has a deep understanding of the Founding Fathers and the Constitution. Moreno supports originalists as nominees to the Supreme Court and is a supporter of the 10^th Amendment, limiting the size, scope, and cost of the federal government. Moreno also supports a Constitutional Amendment providing term limits on Members of Congress.
