I don't like the newer Allen head plugs they're using (easy to strip out) but they fit better than the older bolt style plugs. Especially on tight clearances like what I saw on my Coyote with factory oil cooler tubes running right on top of the filter.
Any chance you can post a pic of that adapter installed? I've been dreading putting the braided hose on my truck since I've read that to get to the OEM pressure sensor you have to pull the alternator on 4x4 trucks. This adapter would be perfect for me since I could connect the braided hose on that thing then put the pressure sensor elsewhere under the hood and run my wires from there. Or, if there's enough room the Autometer pressure sensor can be plugged right into that adapter and my wires go from there to the gauge inside.

Thanks!!!

Haven't updated this thread for quite some time. Been a few changes within the past year.

Further upgraded the audio. Added a Pioneer GM-D8604 4ch. amp, Pioneer D series speakers, relocated the Kicker 8" hideaway slightly, and used an iDatalink Maestro Ar to drive the amp whilst retaining the OEM radio and SWC:

Truck now has an STX grille. Purchased at a wrecking yard in the area and had Maaco spray it match. Added a Putco lower grill insert as well. Picture also shows the OEM 20s I use in the summer wrapped in General Grabber UHP's and the window tint I had done - 5% on the rear and 30% on the front windows, no sun strip on windshield. May go back for that at a later time:

Added a COBB tuning radiator shroud and intake bracket:

Used ForSCAN to change over to the "GT" style radio screen:

Added tailgate letter inserts in "Magnetic" to match the rest of the color accenting that's part of the SPORT package

I sometimes (rarely) have to respond directly to worksites. I decided to add amber strobes to the truck awhile back. While they got the job done they were very cheap and not bright at all. Upgraded to a much brighter and better built setup. You can actually see them from a distance now and the rears can bee seen through the tint:

That's all for now - don't think I missed anything.

What brand of lights did you go with vs the dimmer lights. I might want to put some in mine.

It's all Amazon stuff:
For the visor bar its a Xridonsen 34" Amber/Amber (Didn't want the extra white bulb in the middle):
Amazon Amazon

I added an STL vehicle specific bracket to mount the visor lights as the bracket that came with the Xridonsen kit was horrible. Had to modify them slightly to work with the Xridonsen bars but they fit so much better than the giant plate that I had to use for about a week. I was looking at going with a full STL setup originally (Raptor series bars for the front and two Striker series bars for the rear) but didn't feel like dropping the coin for it. If the Amazon stuff ever fails I'd likely consider using the STL setup: https://www.speedtechlights.com/moun...cific-brackets

For the rears it's a set of Lumenix 2x12's in amber as well. I have to find an extension cable for them as the cable between the two units is short so they're resting on top of the rear seat instead of being attached to the rear pillars like I wanted. It's a weird 4 pin screw together plug I'm having difficulty locating:
Amazon Amazon

Like I said though this is much better than previous kit which was literally $20 on fleabay. This is close to what I pulled out of the truck: https://www.ebay.com/itm/37516734819...IAAOSwbwtll-L6

When you change to the GT radio theme, does the CarPlay screen change also? I hate the balloons/bubbles (whatever those are)

Great mods on your truck!

Thanks!

To answer your question I'm not sure if carplay changed. I'm on android and even have droid auto turned off. Last time I had it connected the GPS wigged out bad (We're talking at least 5 miles off) and then locked everything up. Only connection now is via BT to run Spotify.

Shroud and intake bracket look great! If you ever need/want to replace the coolant reservoir cover to match, we have that too!
