Hauled about 3000 lbs of concrete in the bed and got the front rotors a little over 500 degrees! From the ground to middle of the fender in the rear it was 39 inches empty and 34 inches loaded. Didn't bottom out at all thanks to the coil over load adjust shocks!

Just got done with a month and a half long list of mods and repairs.
1) rebuilt and powder coated the brake calipers
2) installed new brake hoses
3) installed new led 3rd brake light assembly
4) repacked and replaced front wheel bearings
5) installed shorty headers
6) plastidiped my wheels matte black

technically, nothing.

I ordered a set of stainless full-length headers w/ collector-mounted cats, and a set of stainless exhaust manifold/header studs, looked at stainless mandrel-bent exhaust sections online, and mufflers, and muffler-back duals...
looked online for high-performance 5.4L 2v aftermarket intake manifolds - there are none. this is MUCH different from modding my 5.0 pushrod motored mustang!!
...read a LOT of forums. did some thinking - gear ratio/tire size math. looked at ring&pinion sets online. read a lot more forums. joined fordf150.net, and... spent hours reading *every* reply in this 10-page thread!!

so... *technically* I did nothing to my F-150 today, just a lot of research & scheming. ;-)

I haven’t been driving my truck really at all the last couple months here but I finally got around to changing the rear bumper step pads. One of the old ones had a big crack in it and they were both faded pretty badly and when I saw that you could still buy them brand new from Ford I had bought them a while back.

Got ready for winter with new snow tires and replaced my King Ranch wheels with these Granite Alloy wheels. Hopefully they hold up to the salt. My King Ranch wheels had no coating on them, just polished aluminum

Replaced the cruise control brake switch and fuse. Of course, I waited until I had a buyer. Isn't that how it goes? Five years and no cruise for me, but the new owner will have it!

I replaced the crappy aftermarket fog lights that were on my truck with a set of OEM fog lights, upgraded my headlights and corners with a Lightning headlight kit and then finished everything off with some nice bright white LED bulbs.

Replaced the O.E.M. headlamp and corner lamp assemblies with AmeriLite Black Crystal Headlights with Corner Parking Set for Ford F150 Harley Lighting. They weren't a perfect fit, I had to do some trimming on the truck and bulb sockets.

I went with the Alla Lighting S-HCR HB5 9007 for the headlight bulbs and the Alla Lighting 9145 for the fog lights both on Amazon.

I went with the Lightning headlight kit from AM-Autoparts and I don't know if it was the LED bulbs or what, but I found everything was super tight. Very little tolerances and I was super careful because I was worried something was going to break. Well worth it in the end, however. You should post some pictures of your finished work, too!

Thanks for the info. I already have the fog light bulbs, just wanted some good headlamp bulbs, how is the light pattern on the headlight bulbs?

This isn't a very good picture, but I hope it helps. I think the pattern is great. Definitely brighter than halogen bulbs.

Man old gear fluid can really stink, eh? The old fluid was super dark brown and seemed a little runny for gear oil.
Something about new or old diff oil & trans fluid just grinds my gears
Engine oil, no issue but those two bother me for days after being around them.

Flushed the coolant (using VC-1) and replaced the thermostat (RT-1234). No issues, just for maintenance since I don't know what the previous owner did for maintenance.
