Well this was, unfortunately, inevitable - Snapchat filters are now being used on the catwalk - specifically yesterday's Desigual show.
No longer are the angular features of models enough; they need to be masked with a real-life Snapchat filter. Naturally, it wasn't the swollen face one, nor the rainbow vomit one, but the irritating flirty-sexy dog face - a favourite of Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian, usually used to make yourself look cute in a non-threatening way. Urgh.
Anyway, if nothing else Snapchat's catwalk debut cements its unavoidable ubiquitousness. But, can a brand please use a filter other than the dog face please?
